Matthias Galle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Hultafors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Galle to maneuver through the defense. Sture Igelström, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Leonardo Eskilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Östman struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Patric Arvidsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ac Jordbro. Anders Östman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ac Jordbro's Jens-Erik Abrahamsson got control of the ball when Lennart Blomquist tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Marcus Björkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Ac Jordbro's Anders Östman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patric Arvidsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Ac Jordbro's Leonardo Eskilsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patric Arvidsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After the first half Ac Jordbro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Eskilsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Albert Bergdal charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Bergdal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albert Bergdal kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Patric Arvidsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Eskilsson's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Herman Henriksson charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jens-Erik Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Blomquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 57 played minutes Hultafors got a freekick which was hit by Albert Bergdal. Patric Arvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Eskilsson in the 58th minute of play. Jens-Erik Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Blomquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Hultafors a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rickard Sundén, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ac Jordbro's Jens-Erik Abrahamsson. 1-1. Jens-Erik Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Blomquist in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Ac Jordbro booed when Hultafors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Blomquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lennart Blomquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Erik Abrahamsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Lennart Blomquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonardo Eskilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patric Arvidsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anders Östman went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Hultafors's Patric Arvidsson got control of the ball when Anders Östman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 97 minutes, Anders Östman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ac Jordbro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anders Östman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ac Jordbro walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
