Alexander Pihlberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bengt-Arne Hård showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Alexander Pihlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Marko Håning kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Alexander Pihlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ture Rosendal's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The Grimsås BF fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Grimsås BF's Bengt-Arne Hård looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ture Rosendal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Alexander Pihlberg made a huge save. Alexander Pihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Arne Hård, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christer Fors stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alexander Pihlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ture Rosendal, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Pihlberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Pilegården IF getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jack Alberg hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
