Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hanaskog's David Blomqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Kristoffer Svanström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hanaskog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristoffer Svanström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If David Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Erik Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karl-Johan Henriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Vollsjö got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Olsson. Erik Forsberg, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Einar Odin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Dusett in the 23rd minute of play. Einar Odin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Bäckman in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Hanaskog's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Bäckman came free, but Einar Odin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 46 minutes, Ernst Bäckman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vollsjö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Bäckman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robin Dusett made a kick off. Vollsjö's Ernst Bäckman got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If David Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vollsjö's zone, Kristoffer Svanström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Johan Henriksson came out of the goal and Kristoffer Svanström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robin Dusett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Kristoffer Svanström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Johan Henriksson was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Robin Dusett made a precise shot to the right of Einar Odin. Hanaskog's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ernst Bäckman struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Einar Odin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vollsjö. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hanaskog's goalkeeper Einar Odin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robin Dusett struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Einar Odin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vollsjö. In the 87th minute, Ernst Bäckman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Einar Odin, passed just outside the right post. When the match was over Vollsjö could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hanaskog throughout the match.
