Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hanaskog's Einar Odin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Wiklund in the 4th minute of play. Jan Vikström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 13 minutes, Rudolf Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lakene's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rudolf Björklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Blomqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ola Lundgren having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Lakene got a freekick which was hit by Ulrik Wennerqvist. After having played for 24 minutes, David Blomqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Einar Odin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Vikström, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Jan Vikström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Alf Wiklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lakene's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alf Wiklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lakene's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Einar Odin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Vikström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
