Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Magne Löfskog started the match with the kick off. Walter Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Lundström having to interfere. Börge Lange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Crusaders FC's Valdemar Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Sundberg in the 30th minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Walter Bergman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crusaders FC's Valdemar Lundström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ernst Stenkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Börge Lange in the 38th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Walter Bergman made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Heby booed when Crusaders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Beneth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdemar Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Bergman in the 59th minute of the match. Per-Olof Ödman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Crusaders FC defense, Valter Sundberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Lundström. The Crusaders FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Lundström should have stopped the shot. Walter Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Lundström having to interfere. Valdemar Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Bergman in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Walter Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walter Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Walter Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Valdemar Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valter Sundberg struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Valdemar Lundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heby. After 98 played minutes, Crusaders FC's Ronny Sjö shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ernst Stenkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crusaders FC reached it. Heby's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
