Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 8 played minutes Odensbacken IF got a freekick which was hit by Måns Holm. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Alegren in the 14th minute of play forced Jotunheim's goalkeeper Bo Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jotunheim's Bo Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Persson in the 15th minute of play. Mathias Alegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Lindberg having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match Gustaf Sjöström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bo Lindberg skillfully saved the ball. Bo Lindberg came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Odensbacken IF's Mathias Alegren. But to his dismay, Mathias Alegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Åke Eliasson in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Pååk saved Odensbacken IF from getting behind. Jakob Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Bo Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Mathias Alegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes, Jan Örtendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Odensbacken IF and the Jotunheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Odensbacken IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Örtendahl to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jotunheim's goalkeeper Bo Lindberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Jotunheim getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Morgan Jonasson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Alegren in the 44th minute of play forced Jotunheim's goalkeeper Bo Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Jakob Persson made the kick off in the second half. Per-Åke Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Pååk having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Odensbacken IF got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Falkrans. Walter Pååk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Åke Eliasson went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Jakob Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jakob Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Bo Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mikael Alström came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Jotunheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Alström couldn't finish the play. Jakob Persson might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bo Lindberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jakob Persson ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Mikael Alström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walter Pååk was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Jakob Persson struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Bo Lindberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odensbacken IF. After having played for 88 minutes, Jakob Persson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Odensbacken IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakob Persson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Mikael Alström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Pååk. Odensbacken IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikael Alström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Jakob Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Bo Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
