Rottne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torsåker the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Rottne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Wallander to maneuver through the defense. When Jack Wallander was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 12 minutes had been played. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Lindqvist in the 16th minute of play forced Torsåker's goalkeeper Holger Wiman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timmy Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the game, Bernt Sjöberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holger Wiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Torsåker booed when Rottne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Rottne's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Bogren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Börge Magnusson. The wind increased when Timmy Lindqvist made the kick off in the second half. Börge Magnusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiph Björk during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Timmy Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
