If Joakim Palmquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 8 in the game by Jonas Martinsson from a close distance when the talented Per-Arne Billvall managed to make a qualified save. Ödåkra's players were relieved. Per-Arne Billvall came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Vretstorp FF's Joakim Palmquist. But to his dismay, Joakim Palmquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Jonas Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joakim Palmquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Joakim Palmquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 28 minutes into the match, Vretstorp FF's Jonas Martinsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per-Arne Billvall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Ödåkra's goalkeeper Per-Arne Billvall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Martinsson. Per-Arne Billvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Palmquist in the 35th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ödåkra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! Jonas Martinsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Per-Arne Billvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivar Nykvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Joakim Palmquist sped through Ödåkra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per-Arne Billvall. Ödåkra's Per-Arne Billvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Palmquist in the 58th minute of play. Jonas Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Arne Billvall having to interfere. Leonard Pettersson charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Pettersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vretstorp FF getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Leonard Pettersson hit a great ball. If Kristian Biörnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivar Nykvist got free with Simon Kling in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88thth minute of the game Joakim Palmquist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ödåkra's Per-Arne Billvall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Jonas Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vretstorp FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Martinsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per-Arne Billvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Palmquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Vretstorp FF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
