Inge Klementsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Barck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Barck was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peder Bergström in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Alefors prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adam Åström hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute Boris Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Alefors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skogås's Anton Öfverman got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anton Öfverman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peter Barck to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Peter Barck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inge Klementsson was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Gustaf Bållström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aaron Alefors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lugnvik IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inge Klementsson should have stopped the shot. If Peder Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peder Bergström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Skogås were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lugnvik IF for a fine match.
