Conny Löv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Svensson in the 11th minute of the match. Tommy Forsell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Kvalfält having to interfere. In the 19th minute Freddie Fogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Kvalfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jämshög's Freddie Fogel managed to work through Havstenssund BF's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Freddie Fogel dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Freddie Fogel put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Niklas Kvalfält. The audience was convinced that Freddie Fogel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Kvalfält was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Allan Mickelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Löv having to interfere. Allan Mickelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Havstenssund BF's Niklas Kvalfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Forsell in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Havstenssund BF got a freekick which was hit by Anders Tholsson. Allan Mickelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Löv having to interfere. After the first half Jämshög were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddie Fogel to strike the kick off in the second half. Martin Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freddie Fogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Kvalfält having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Ingvar Felin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddie Fogel in the 60th minute of play forced Havstenssund BF's goalkeeper Niklas Kvalfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niklas Kvalfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddie Fogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jämshög's Freddie Fogel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Niklas Kvalfält. That made the score 0-2 after 63 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Martin Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Havstenssund BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Svensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conny Löv breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alf Albohm hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Mickelsson in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conny Löv saved Jämshög from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Svensson in the 72nd minute of play forced Jämshög's goalkeeper Conny Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niklas Kvalfält made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alf Albohm in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Havstenssund BF's goalkeeper Niklas Kvalfält had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tommy Forsell. Allan Mickelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Conny Löv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
