Dan Kielstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Granberg in the 3rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Albohm got free with Robin Vestberg in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the match, Peking Spurs's goalkeeper Robin Vestberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Albohm. After a rather tough play, Peking Spurs's Billy Frisk got a free kick in the 10th minute. Birger Albohm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Malcolm Beck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Rickard Granberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dan Kielstedt was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Peking Spurs's goalkeeper Robin Vestberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Albohm. Robin Vestberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Olof Hybbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Kielstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Beck in the 19th minute of play. Dan Kielstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Björling, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Peking Spurs's Robin Vestberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Peking Spurs from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Birger Albohm took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Robin Vestberg to make any attempt to save it. Robin Vestberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Hybbert in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Michael Björling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robin Vestberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Olof Hybbert in the 36th minute of play. Torgny Vedholm hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Peking Spurs's Kent Norström tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Torbjörn Mogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rickard Granberg to make the kick off. In the 57th match minute, Borås United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Mogren to maneuver through the defense. If Rickard Granberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Peking Spurs booed when Borås United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Malcolm Beck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peking Spurs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Kent Norström lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Borås United a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lars-Erik Bergfeldt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Peking Spurs's Robin Vestberg. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Albohm in the 72nd minute of play forced Peking Spurs's goalkeeper Robin Vestberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 played minutes Borås United got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Vedholm. Robin Vestberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Hybbert in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Birger Albohm notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Peking Spurs's Robin Vestberg. Robin Vestberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peking Spurs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Borås United.
