Bror Holmgren's late challenge caught a AS PASTA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hjalmar Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reine Strömberg in the 12th minute of play. Pär Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Arman Kling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AS PASTA's Arman Kling got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ellös FK's Hjalmar Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reine Strömberg in the 30th minute of play. Christopher Rudqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christopher Rudqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 minutes, Pär Henriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ellös FK and the AS PASTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Ellös FK got a freekick which was hit by Pär Henriksson. Hjalmar Sjögren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reine Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Arman Kling managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS PASTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Arman Kling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hjalmar Sjögren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reine Strömberg made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, AS PASTA's goalkeeper Vilhelm Bäckström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliver Forssberg. Hjalmar Sjögren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reine Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Arman Kling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 minutes, Oliver Brandin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ellös FK and the AS PASTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. 63 minutes into the game, one of Ellös FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave AS PASTA a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eddie Gustavsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ellös FK's Hjalmar Sjögren. 1-0. A collision led to AS PASTA getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Frank Nykvist hit a great ball. Oliver Forssberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Bäckström having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Oliver Forssberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vilhelm Bäckström, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Kullander in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Bäckström saved AS PASTA from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, André Kullander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Oliver Forssberg came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ellös FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Forssberg couldn't finish the play. Reine Strömberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of AS PASTA booed when Ellös FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arman Kling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Hjalmar Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Forssberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute.
