Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Broberg ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Träslövsläge IK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Helge Eliasson hit a great ball. Thor Hasselqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eddie Sävström. Träslövsläge IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Johannes Sävström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of John Ekegren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mats Rosendahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eddie Sävström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Johannes Sävström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Ekegren having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Träslövsläge IK got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Östlund. Mats Rosendahl who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Eddie Sävström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Sävström in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John Ekegren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Träslövsläge IK had won after a very even match.
