Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rikard Stabbe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ingvar Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Stabbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Eric Henriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes Ockelbo RK got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Bolander. 16 minutes into the game, Kalix if's Rikard Stabbe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingvar Hellström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ingvar Hellström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaj Springfält's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Kaj Springfält cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ingvar Hellström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingvar Hellström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Stabbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rikard Stabbe in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingvar Hellström saved Ockelbo RK from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Kaj Springfält's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingvar Hellström was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Dennis Östensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Ockelbo RK's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Stabbe came free, but Ingvar Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Kalix if were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Fredric Heggert made the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Anders Giöck got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ingemar Blomqvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 59 minutes, Fredric Heggert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ockelbo RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredric Heggert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kalix if's zone, Jan Harman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingemar Blomqvist came out of the goal and Jan Harman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalix if's Ingemar Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Heggert in the 64th minute of play. Ingvar Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikard Stabbe in the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Ockelbo RK's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Stabbe came free, but Ingvar Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rikard Stabbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Ockelbo RK getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Per Kling hit a great ball. Conny Billing kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Kaj Springfält received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ingvar Hellström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rikard Stabbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Hellström having to interfere. Rikard Stabbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Kalix if left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ockelbo RK.
