Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ingemar Odin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ingemar Odin struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Rune Forss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kangos IK. Markus Brask sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Lycksele's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Brask came free, but Rune Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo-Erik Påk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sigvard Mager read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Jim Näfver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lycksele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Näfver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th match minute, Kangos IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Östman to maneuver through the defense. Jim Näfver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Sigvard Mager made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Hermansson during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience held their breath when Birger Asklund in the 24th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Rune Forss's left hand side. Vilhelm Forss kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Odin in the 30th minute of play forced Lycksele's goalkeeper Rune Forss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Ingemar Odin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lycksele's Rune Forss was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sigvard Mager came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Lycksele's Bo-Erik Påk. But to his dismay, Bo-Erik Påk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 40 minutes into the match, Ingemar Odin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Lycksele's Rune Forss. Rune Forss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Kangos IK's zone, Bo-Erik Påk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigvard Mager came out of the goal and Bo-Erik Påk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birger Asklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Forss having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bo-Erik Påk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ingemar Odin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rune Forss came out and tried to block the shot, but Ingemar Odin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 55th minute. Vilhelm Forss hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Bo-Erik Påk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sigvard Mager tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bo-Erik Påk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Lycksele's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Odin came free, but Rune Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigvard Mager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Näfver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lycksele getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Joel Öberg hit a great ball. Ingemar Odin struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Rune Forss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kangos IK. Jim Näfver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sigvard Mager tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kangos IK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
