Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tommy Aleberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gustav Collin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rune Ryberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Einar Brander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Einar Brander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rune Ryberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alfred Kilströms short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Eddie Berg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alfred Kilström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eddie Berg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Gustav Collin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Västers IF's Rune Ryberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Tommy Aleberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gottfrid Bratt charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gottfrid Bratt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Västers IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottfrid Bratt to maneuver through the defense. Rune Ryberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Brander in the 37th minute of play. Alfred Kilström struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Eddie Berg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Västers IF.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustav Collin made a kick off. Tommy Aleberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Skärplinge's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Kilström came free, but Eddie Berg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Kilström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Eddie Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Alfred Kilström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eddie Berg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute, Mathias Palm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rune Ryberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Johnny Hurtig. If Einar Brander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eddie Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Aleberg in the 97th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Skärplinge players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Västers IF.
