After a defensive mix-up in Kista's zone, Aron Back stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Michael Östlund came out of the goal and Aron Back tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Gösta Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Albäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Berg in the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Erland Engström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Michael Östlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aron Back sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aron Back had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Gösta Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard, long distance shot from Stig Sjögren flew over the goal. Holger Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Michael Östlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Boklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Karl-Michael Östlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Boklund in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute Aron Back shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Östlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aron Back had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The audience was convinced that Holger Berg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sten Albäck was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 56th minute Olov Boklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Östlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Holger Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olov Boklund in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Michael Östlund saved Kista from getting behind. Aron Back sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the game, Olov Boklund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karl-Michael Östlund. Olov Boklund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Sven-Erik Moberg kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Sten Albäck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Berg's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Simon Wennerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Sten Albäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kållered RK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
