Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Åke Colin in the 5th minute of play forced Bottnaryd IF's goalkeeper Patrik Skoglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC MacFlurry's Henning Björk got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Åke Colin in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Skoglund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henning Björk might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrik Skoglund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henning Björk ran back to his position shaking his head. If Jan-Åke Colin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Henning Björk managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MacFlurry's supporters rose to their feet, but Henning Björk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Skoglund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henning Björk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan-Åke Colin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Skoglund having to interfere. If Sverker Sjöström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hubert Bergfelt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sverker Sjöström in the 27th minute. When Henning Björk came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the FC MacFlurry fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henning Björk couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Bottnaryd IF booed when FC MacFlurry was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Åke Colin to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute FC MacFlurry were awarded a corner. Olov Bröms went to the cornerflag to take it. Olov Bröms made a great header on FC MacFlurry's corner, it was just that Bottnaryd IF's Patrik Skoglund managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Bottnaryd IF booed when FC MacFlurry was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC MacFlurry's Hubert Bergfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Sjöström in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Stefan Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hubert Jelm during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hubert Jelm hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Henning Björk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan-Åke Colin got free with Patrik Skoglund in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Jan-Åke Colin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Patrik Skoglund. If Henning Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 minutes of play, FC MacFlurry's Jan-Åke Colin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Skoglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anthon Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
