Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aron Arenius got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Stig Vestberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ljungaverk IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Isac Nyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mark Hjortsberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Simon Lindqvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Stig Vestberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungaverk IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig Vestberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Hjortsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hammar's Mark Hjortsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Nyman in the 15th minute of play. Lukas Holmgren succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 17th playminute. Lukas Holmgren struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Evert Bergdal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammar. Evert Bergdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Arenius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Hammar's Aron Arenius made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evert Bergdal was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Isac Nyman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mark Hjortsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Lukas Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Bergdal having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Ljungaverk IFK's goalkeeper Evert Bergdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lukas Holmgren. After having played for 43 minutes, Lukas Holmgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hammar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukas Holmgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes Hammar got a freekick which was hit by Aron Arenius. When Hammar, in the 45th minute, was rewarded a free kick, Aron Arenius went for the shot and managed to fire it away just outside the right post. An excellent chance for a goal! The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isac Nyman to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Hammar got a freekick which was hit by Jens Holm. 54 minutes into the match, Aron Arenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Bergdal. Ljungaverk IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aron Arenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The supporters of Ljungaverk IFK booed when Hammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Bergdal having to interfere. Aron Arenius struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Evert Bergdal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammar. Isac Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, Ljungaverk IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Aron Arenius came free, but Evert Bergdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evert Bergdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Hammar's goalkeeper Mark Hjortsberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stig Vestberg. Hjalmar Öman charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hjalmar Öman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hjalmar Öman hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the match, Hammar's Ola Östlund broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hammar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
