Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Åke Paulin during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bromma IK booed when Fagerås FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulrik Vikström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Ove Stenberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Vikström in the 8th minute of play forced Fagerås FF's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Stenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fagerås FF's Jesper Andersson got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mark Kruuse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 minutes, Viggo Wästerberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bromma IK and the Fagerås FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Viggo Wästerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Martin Samuelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Kruuse having to interfere. Jesper Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Samuelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mark Kruuse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Fagerås FF's Sven-Ove Stenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Vikström in the 47th minute of play. After 48 played minutes Fagerås FF got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Hedkvist. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesper Andersson to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Ivar Viberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesper Andersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mark Kruuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 minutes, Andy Höijer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bromma IK and the Fagerås FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Andy Höijer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bromma IK's zone, Jesper Andersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Kruuse came out of the goal and Jesper Andersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Alfons Valler fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bromma IK's protests and gave Alfons Valler a yellow card for diving instead. Alfons Valler hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Jesper Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Bromma IK's Andy Höijer got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When Sverker Ugla fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bromma IK's protests and gave Sverker Ugla a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, Bromma IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Ugla to maneuver through the defense. Mark Kruuse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Jens-Åke Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Kruuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rasmus Dalström got free with Sven-Ove Stenberg in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesper Andersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Mark Kruuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bromma IK! When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Fagerås FF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
