Ture Ödmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammerdal BK. A collision led to Vittangi SK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Lennart Finman hit a great ball. In the 8th match minute, Hammerdal BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Öman to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Odman hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Andreas Öman kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Hammerdal BK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Forssell. After a defensive mix-up in Hammerdal BK's zone, Gustaf Kilstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Johan Kjellman came out of the goal and Gustaf Kilstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lars Lind's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Johan Kjellman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Vittangi SK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Stefan Odman hit a great ball. With a little luck, Vittangi SK's Ture Ödmann got control of the ball when Robert Alén tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lennart Finman's late challenge caught a Hammerdal BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lennart Finman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Stefan Odman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Vittangi SK's goalkeeper Ture Ödmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Alén. Karl-Johan Kjellman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Lind, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 39 minutes, Lars Lind made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hammerdal BK's Karl-Johan Kjellman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd match minute, Vittangi SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Christian Majman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lars Lind to make the kick off. Karl-Johan Kjellman came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vittangi SK's Gustaf Kilstedt. But to his dismay, Gustaf Kilstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gustaf Kilstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lars Lind came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Vittangi SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Lind couldn't finish the play. Karl-Johan Kjellman made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Gustaf Kilstedt sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gustaf Kilstedt sped through Hammerdal BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Johan Kjellman. Andreas Öman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ture Ödmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaf Kilstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Johan Kjellman having to interfere. In the 83rdth minute of the game Gustaf Kilstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hammerdal BK's Karl-Johan Kjellman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gustaf Kilstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hammerdal BK's Karl-Johan Kjellman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Hammerdal BK from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Vittangi SK's Gustaf Kilstedt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl-Johan Kjellman. Karl-Johan Kjellman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Vittangi SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
