Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Håkan Åkerman took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Josef Viklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göran Hultstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Krister Sjöö got free with Göran Hultstrand in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Krister Sjöö fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Josef Viklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Brottby's Nils Friberger got a free kick in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Krister Sjöö put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Göran Hultstrand. Göran Hultstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Viklund in the 27th minute of the match. Håkan Åkerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Josef Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Hultstrand having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Krister Sjöö's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Göran Hultstrand was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Göran Hultstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Viklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josef Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Hultstrand having to interfere. Jan-Ove Wenerdahl hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Göran Hultstrand was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gösta Lindström. Josef Viklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Göran Hultstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Krister Sjöö was extremely unlucky when he, in the 47th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josef Viklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nils Friberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th match minute, Karlholmsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Danielsson to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Aron Danielsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karlholmsbruk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brottby the free kick. In the 57th minute, Aron Danielsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gösta Lindström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Krister Sjöö recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jan-Ove Wenerdahl fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karlholmsbruk's protests and gave Jan-Ove Wenerdahl a yellow card for diving instead. Jan-Ove Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Brottby getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Krister Sjöö hit a great ball. Aron Danielsson was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 69th match minute, Karlholmsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Danielsson to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes, Adam Alfors mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brottby and the Karlholmsbruk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adam Alfors kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Josef Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Hultstrand having to interfere. If Krister Sjöö had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josef Viklund in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Hultstrand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Josef Viklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88thth minute of the game Krister Sjöö who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlholmsbruk's Göran Hultstrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Karlholmsbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Viklund came free, but Göran Hultstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krister Sjöö scored 2-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Göran Hultstrand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
