After a rather tough play, Arkelstorp's Einar Mårtensson got a free kick in the 5th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Dalsjöfors's Josef Kullander tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If David Kuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jim Drewitz during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jim Drewitz hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Per-Erik Vester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Vallander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Kuse struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Morgan Broberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalsjöfors. The supporters of Dalsjöfors booed when Arkelstorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josef Kullander, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yngve Sefastsson got free with Albin Vallander in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Per-Erik Vester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Morgan Broberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Fågel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of Arkelstorp booed when Dalsjöfors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dalsjöfors's zone, Per-Erik Vester stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albin Vallander came out of the goal and Per-Erik Vester tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Per-Erik Vester managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arkelstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Erik Vester was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Dalsjöfors's Albin Vallander got control of the ball when Yngve Sefastsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Kuse was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Mårtensson in the 52nd minute of play forced Dalsjöfors's goalkeeper Albin Vallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yngve Sefastsson struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Albin Vallander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arkelstorp. When Jerry Jonasson fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dalsjöfors's protests and gave Jerry Jonasson a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Dalsjöfors got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Jonasson. In the 60th minute, Kjell Wästerberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dalsjöfors's Albin Vallander didn't even have to move. In the 66th minute Per-Erik Vester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albin Vallander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Kuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olov Lundkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Olov Lundkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute David Kuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Broberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Fågel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 84th minute of the match Jerry Jonasson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jerry Jonasson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jerry Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Yngve Sefastsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yngve Sefastsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Vallander having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
