Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eric Pihlwall got the match started through his kick off. If Måns Söderkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Långträsk IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Pihlwall came free, but Sten Kvalfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sten Kvalfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Strömberg in the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mellerud's zone, Adrian Andersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiktor Ryberg came out of the goal and Adrian Andersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Adrian Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Långträsk IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Måns Söderkvist struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Wiktor Ryberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Långträsk IFK. In the 42nd minute Adrian Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Ryberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adrian Andersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wiktor Ryberg was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 48th minute, Eric Pihlwall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

58 minutes into the match, Långträsk IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Pihlwall came free, but Sten Kvalfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Långträsk IFK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Björn Bengtsson hit a great ball. Bengt Olenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Joel Strömberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Sten Kvalfält skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Måns Söderkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mellerud's Wiktor Ryberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bengt Olenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Kvalfält having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Långträsk IFK got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Ek. Joel Strömberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Långträsk IFK's Måns Söderkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wiktor Ryberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sten Kvalfält made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Strömberg in the 93rd minute. When Joel Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Mellerud fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Strömberg couldn't finish the play. Långträsk IFK's Måns Söderkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Långträsk IFK had played much better football throughout.
