After 12 minutes, Vilhelm Bark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vinberg BF and the Storvik BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Vinberg BF got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Bark. Storvik BK's Alf Glanselius got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Storvik BK booed when Vinberg BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Linqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harry Njurenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Storvik BK booed when Vinberg BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Kiempe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes, Storvik BK's Bertil Frykberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konrad Billström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Storvik BK reached it. After some careless play in the Vinberg BF defense, Vilhelm Åkerberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konrad Billström. The Vinberg BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konrad Billström should have stopped the shot. Harry Njurenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Christer Giliusson made the kick off in the second half. Christoffer Rosén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Giliusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Christer Giliusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stig-Ove Linberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konrad Billström having to make a save. Harry Njurenius might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christoffer Rosén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harry Njurenius ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Njurenius in the 72nd minute of play forced Storvik BK's goalkeeper Christoffer Rosén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christer Giliusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Christoffer Rosén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christer Giliusson took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christoffer Rosén. Christoffer Rosén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 84 minutes into the match, Vinberg BF's Harry Njurenius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christoffer Rosén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Patric Dahlquist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Storvik BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vinberg BF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Storvik BK's Patric Dahlquist got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute Vinberg BF were awarded a corner. Jonas Vallmark went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Vinberg BF's Jonas Vallmark to fire away a dangerous shot which Christoffer Rosén despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Harry Njurenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christoffer Rosén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Giliusson in the 91st minute of play. The Vinberg BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Storvik BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Storvik BK.
