Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gottfrid Ekgren made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, Sälen's Roger Alin got control of the ball when Karl-Axel Andersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Erland Hellqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Robin Holmberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robin Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gottfrid Ekgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Vrigstad FF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Wictor Martinsson hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Gottfrid Ekgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erland Hellqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl-Axel Andersson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Roger Alin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 38 minutes into the game, Tom Jonasson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sälen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vrigstad FF the free kick. Karl-Axel Andersson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roger Alin came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Axel Andersson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sälen's zone, Sven Bergqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Alin came out of the goal and Sven Bergqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Sven Bergqvist made the kick off in the second half. If Erland Hellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Vrigstad FF's Sebastian Holm got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Roger Alin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Bergqvist in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Karl-Axel Andersson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vrigstad FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Jonny Fors kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 75 minutes, Michael Löfdahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sälen and the Vrigstad FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sälen's Michael Löfdahl got a free kick in the 75th minute. Karl-Axel Andersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Roger Alin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven Bergqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Alin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven Bergqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl-Axel Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Alin having to interfere. Vrigstad FF's Robin Holmberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Vrigstad FF from getting a goal against them. Sälen were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Vrigstad FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sverker Hellkvist took the corner. Erland Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
