Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mats Vallman started the match with the kick off. Mats Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Åsele IF's Torsten Wästerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Vallman in the 8th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Zebastian Rydberg made a precise shot to the right of Kasper Odén. Avesta RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 20 played minutes Avesta RK got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Berg. In the 21st minute, Joakim Söderberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Avesta RK's Kasper Odén didn't even have to move. Per Flink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kasper Odén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Rydberg in the 31st minute of the match. Zebastian Rydberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Odén having to interfere. If Isaac Odin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Lucas Dahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsele IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Dahlqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasper Odén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Dahlqvist was the one to do the kick off. Torsten Wästerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Flink's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Per Flink ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torsten Wästerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Lucas Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Dahlqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kasper Odén came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Dahlqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute Per Flink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Wästerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Zebastian Rydberg made a precise shot to the right of Kasper Odén. Avesta RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Zebastian Rydberg kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Zebastian Rydberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Odén having to interfere. Alfons Valrot kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Kasper Odén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zebastian Rydberg in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Åsele IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
