Ivar Nordin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greger Wennerlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Thor Häll hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sundsvall IF booed when Öckerö BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Häll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edward Simonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Söderberg having to interfere. Adam Söderberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Simonsson in the 15th minute. Adam Söderberg made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Edward Simonsson sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Jan Alebeck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivar Nordin was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Ivar Nordin came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundsvall IF's Greger Wennerlund. But to his dismay, Greger Wennerlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Patric Sjögren kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jan Alebeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ivar Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edward Simonsson came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Öckerö BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Simonsson couldn't finish the play. After 41 minutes, Valentin Jönsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Öckerö BK and the Sundsvall IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sundsvall IF booed when Öckerö BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edward Simonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Öckerö BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sundsvall IF were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Jan Alebeck made the kick off in the second half. Ivar Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Alebeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilhelm Ström charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilhelm Ström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Simonsson in the 60th minute of play forced Sundsvall IF's goalkeeper Adam Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sundsvall IF's Adam Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Simonsson in the 65th minute of play. Greger Wennerlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Nordin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Alebeck in the 71st minute of play forced Öckerö BK's goalkeeper Ivar Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Öckerö BK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Patric Sjögren hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Ivar Nordin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sundsvall IF's Adam Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Simonsson in the 74th minute of play. Valentin Jönsson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Edward Simonsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adam Söderberg having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Öckerö BK's Patric Sjögren got a free kick in the 84th minute. If Jan Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Greger Wennerlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ivar Nordin made a huge save. Greger Wennerlund was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 90th minute, Sundsvall IF's Jan Alebeck ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivar Nordin. Ivar Nordin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Greger Wennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Alebeck got free with Ivar Nordin in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
