Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Egil Wassenius kicked off to start the match. If Olov Sjöman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dick Borre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Sjöman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Roknäs's Viggo Lindberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dick Borre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egil Wassenius during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dick Borre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viggo Lindberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Roknäs's Alf Söderlund got control of the ball when Per-Olof Forsberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Trångsund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roknäs the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Trångsund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Sefastsson to maneuver through the defense. Viggo Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The crowd rose to their feet as Viggo Lindberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dick Borre. That made the score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. Michael Valler took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dick Borre. Trångsund's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Per-Olof Forsberg came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Trångsund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Olof Forsberg couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, one of Roknäs:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Roknäs. Roknäs:s Alf Söderlund showed great skill when he stopped Mats Bergendahl:s penalty. If Egil Wassenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Sjöman struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Dick Borre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Roknäs. 82 minutes into the match, Egil Wassenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alf Söderlund. Roknäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egil Wassenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 88th minute, Egil Wassenius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alf Söderlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Wassenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute Egil Wassenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Söderlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Per-Olof Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roknäs's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
