Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Isak Cane made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Almunge's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Wallgren came free, but Gustav Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Stellan Beckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Hugo Arhenius sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Almunge's Gustav Sandström didn't even have to move. Christer Hammarbäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Charlie Hägg made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Cane in the 21st minute of play forced Årsta's goalkeeper Charlie Hägg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes Almunge got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Hylander. Gustav Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilgot Stenquist in the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Isak Cane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almunge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isak Cane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Charlie Hägg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isak Cane's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After the first half Årsta were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Stellan Beckman came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Almunge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stellan Beckman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Bjurström in the 55th minute of play forced Årsta's goalkeeper Charlie Hägg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charlie Hägg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Hammarbäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christer Hammarbäck in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charlie Hägg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gustav Sandström made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Frank Wallgren sent off a good shot on target. Årsta's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Arhenius in the 65th minute. Almunge's Gustav Sandström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Almunge from getting a goal against them. The long shot by Jan-Olof Eckegren in the 73rd minute really tested Gustav Sandström's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Frank Wallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Gustav Sandström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Wallgren got free with Gustav Sandström in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Årsta's goal looked a bit too open when Isak Cane came free, but Charlie Hägg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Årsta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilgot Stenquist to maneuver through the defense. The corner led to Almunge's Brian Bjurström getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Christer Hammarbäck struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Charlie Hägg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almunge. The Årsta players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
