Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Börje Stabbe took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes Löberöd got a freekick which was hit by Erik Alkvist. When Ola Ennegren came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Hemse IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ola Ennegren couldn't finish the play. In the 9th match minute, Löberöd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Alkvist to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Arne Gustavsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ola Ennegren in the 13th minute. Erik Alkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Sören Sigfridsson struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jan-Erik Kämpe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Löberöd. In the 21st minute, Greger Lång hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes, Kenny Lundblad made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hemse IF's Jan-Erik Kämpe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ola Ennegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erik Alkvist got his second yellow card in the match during the 31st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 32 played minutes Löberöd got a freekick which was hit by Erik Alkvist. In the 36th minute, Ola Ennegren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Otto Berglund during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Per-Erik Kaxe fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Löberöd's protests and gave Per-Erik Kaxe a yellow card for diving instead. Per-Erik Kaxe hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Hemse IF's Jan-Erik Kämpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Sigfridsson in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sören Sigfridsson made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Sven-Erik Hjälm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustavsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Börje Stabbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ola Ennegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Sven-Arne Gustavsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Arne Gustavsson came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Hemse IF's Ola Ennegren. But to his dismay, Ola Ennegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sören Sigfridsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kenny Lundblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Kämpe having to interfere. Sven-Arne Gustavsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Ennegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Börje Stabbe came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Hemse IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Stabbe couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Hemse IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kenny Lundblad came free, but Jan-Erik Kämpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sören Sigfridsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
