Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Matthias Östensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paul Axelsson having to make a save. In the 6th minute, Matthias Östensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joseph Kjellman hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Malungsfors defense, Rutger Stenkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Åke Skoglund. The Malungsfors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Åke Skoglund should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd match minute, Malungsfors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Nilsson to maneuver through the defense. Fredric Vinström's late challenge caught a Fegen FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredric Vinström helped the player get up and apologised. When Fredric Vinström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. After 29 played minutes Malungsfors got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Vinström. In the 30th minute, Vincent Melin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Malungsfors's Per-Åke Skoglund didn't even have to move. The supporters of Malungsfors booed when Fegen FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Ahlstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Peter Engström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per-Åke Skoglund. Malungsfors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Engström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Engström made a kick off. Rutger Stenkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Malungsfors's Rickard Johnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Axelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Malungsfors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Peter Engström scored to the left of an out of position Per-Åke Skoglund, making the score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Fegen FF's zone, Arman Pilgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Axelsson came out of the goal and Arman Pilgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Gustaf Ahlstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fegen FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaf Ahlstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Malungsfors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fegen FF the free kick. In the 90th minute, Rickard Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Malungsfors's zone, Peter Engström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Åke Skoglund came out of the goal and Peter Engström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
