Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stellan Persson started the match with the kick off. When Stellan Persson came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Norrala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stellan Persson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Berglund in the 11th minute of play forced Norrala's goalkeeper Tommy Bergdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Bergdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Berglund in the 12th minute of the match. Arvin Smefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 minutes, Arne Gustafsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bjuråker and the Norrala players grew even worse after the yellow card. Norrala's Tommy Bergdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvin Smefeldt in the 33rd minute of play. If Pär Winström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Norrala's goal looked a bit too open when Pål Berglund came free, but Tommy Bergdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Lange's late challenge caught a Bjuråker's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Lange helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Joel Lange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pål Berglund was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Norrala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Bergfeldt to maneuver through the defense.
