Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when William Forss kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, one of Edsbyn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Edsbyn. William Forss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Felix Bogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute William Forss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Bogren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, Edsbyn's Gabriel Asserlind made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Bogren was left in no man's land by his defense there! William Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Bogren having to interfere. Patric Fanström might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Linus Fredriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patric Fanström ran back to his position shaking his head. William Forss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Felix Bogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Linus Fredriksson came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Linderöd's Patric Fanström. But to his dismay, Patric Fanström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 42 played minutes Linderöd got a freekick which was hit by Albin Isaksson. In the 44th minute of the match, Gabriel Asserlind got a very nice opportunity to score, but Felix Bogren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edsbyn were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Linderöd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erik Skoog took the corner. William Forss struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Felix Bogren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edsbyn. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Felix Bogren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Asserlind in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Axelsson got free with Linus Fredriksson in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patric Fanström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Linus Fredriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingvar Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Asserlind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uno Fågel's late challenge caught a Linderöd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uno Fågel helped the player get up and apologised. Uno Fågel kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 68th play minutes Patric Fanström shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Linus Fredriksson and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 77th minute Patric Fanström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Linderöd's goalkeeper Felix Bogren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Linderöd's goal looked a bit too open when William Forss came free, but Felix Bogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, August Billberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Linderöd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edsbyn the free kick. If William Forss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Linderöd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
