Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kent Ekrot got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Kent Ekrot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Finman was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Konga's zone, Kent Ekrot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Åke Finman came out of the goal and Kent Ekrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johan Hedberg made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ove Sandberg sent off a good shot on target. After 10 played minutes Konga got a freekick which was hit by Frank Fanström. Ove Sandberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Johan Hedberg made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Algot Stålman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johan Hedberg was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. If Gunnar Vinström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Finman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Ekrot in the 28th minute of play. When Mikael Hedlund fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konga's protests and gave Mikael Hedlund a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Gunnar Vinström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tänndalen's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Vinström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åke Finman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Algot Stålman came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Konga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Algot Stålman couldn't finish the play. Roger Lövskog kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Algot Stålman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Kent Ekrot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tänndalen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After the first half Tänndalen were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Algot Stålman made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Jens-Ola Nyström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Konga and the Tänndalen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jens-Ola Nyström kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Gunnar Vinström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Finman having to interfere. If Kent Ekrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Tänndalen's Åke Finman threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Simon Strömberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gunnar Vinström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Åke Finman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Algot Stålman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Stålman in the 69th minute of play forced Tänndalen's goalkeeper Johan Hedberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Ove Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Hedberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Sandberg struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Johan Hedberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konga. During the 84th minute of the match Jens-Ola Nyström completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jens-Ola Nyström a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Gunnar Vinström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Finman having to interfere. After 90 played minutes Tänndalen got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Lindström. 96 minutes into the game, Måns Ekberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Åke Finman. Måns Ekberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3.
