Arboga RK's Elliott Ahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Bergkvist in the 9th minute of play. Arvin Fastesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Karl-Magnus Blomquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Georg Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jarl Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sven-Olof Håkansson fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seskarö FF's protests and gave Sven-Olof Håkansson a yellow card for diving instead. Sven-Olof Håkansson hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Elliott Ahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Bergkvist in the 35th minute of play. Kåre Törnkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Elliott Ahlbom made a huge save. Jarl Hedlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Magnus Blomquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarl Hedlund ran back to his position shaking his head.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Georg Bergkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Georg Bergkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elliott Ahlbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kåre Törnkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Seskarö FF's zone, Pär Burman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Blomquist came out of the goal and Pär Burman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Arvin Fastesson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arboga RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvin Fastesson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Seskarö FF's Kåre Törnkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elliott Ahlbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 82nd minute, Arvin Fastesson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Karl-Magnus Blomquist, passed just outside the right post. Georg Bergkvist struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Elliott Ahlbom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seskarö FF. Kåre Törnkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kåre Törnkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arboga RK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
