Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joacim Springfält started the match with the kick off. When Rickard Gustavsson came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Munkfors RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickard Gustavsson couldn't finish the play. Holger Walmarsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joacim Springfält showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After 7 played minutes Ringarum got a freekick which was hit by Tage Sundström. If Joacim Springfält had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tage Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ringarum's Rolf Berglund got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Holger Walmarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joacim Springfält, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolf Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Västerberg having to interfere. If Rickard Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Rickard Gustavsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Munkfors RK's Leo Västerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Sundström in the 31st minute of play. When Ringarum's Rolf Berglund in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Munkfors RK's goalie prevented a goal. Munkfors RK's Rickard Gustavsson got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joacim Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Walmarsson having to interfere. Andy Holmstedt's late challenge caught a Ringarum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andy Holmstedt helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Munkfors RK got a freekick which was hit by Andy Holmstedt. David Åkerberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Leo Västerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tage Sundström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolf Berglund got free with Leo Västerberg in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Västerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolf Berglund in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Munkfors RK's zone, Tage Sundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Västerberg came out of the goal and Tage Sundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Joacim Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munkfors RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joacim Springfält was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ringarum's Mikael Wallin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Sundström in the 68th minute of play forced Munkfors RK's goalkeeper Leo Västerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rickard Gustavsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Walmarsson having to interfere. David Åkerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Holger Walmarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Springfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Rickard Gustavsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joacim Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Walmarsson having to interfere. Tage Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Holger Walmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Joacim Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot. Munkfors RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Springfält was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Holger Walmarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Munkfors RK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
