Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kenny Lövkvist got the match started through his kick off. Roland Nordal kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Jens-Åke Nord took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Lövkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Rengsjö BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kenny Lövkvist came free, but Jens-Åke Nord reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rengsjö BK's Jens-Åke Nord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenny Lövkvist in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Adrian Malmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Åke Nord was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Kenny Lövkvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kenny Lövkvist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Lennart Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stellan Galle, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Carl Vesterberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennart Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Ahlberg in the 37th minute of play. Ulf Ahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ulf Ahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Kjellkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenny Lövkvist in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Åke Nord prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stellan Galle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Rengsjö BK's Olof Sandberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lennart Mattsson. That made the score 1-1 after 54 minutes of play. When Jack Kling came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Vitaby BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Kling couldn't finish the play. Jack Kling struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Jens-Åke Nord didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vitaby BF. Lennart Mattsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulf Ahlberg in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Vitaby BF got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Axel Termander. Douglas Ekelund's shot from long distance in the 68th minute was not bad at all, but Vitaby BF's Lennart Mattsson knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. A collision led to Vitaby BF getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gösta Kielstedt hit a great ball. Ted Ahlström's late challenge caught a Rengsjö BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ted Ahlström helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Vitaby BF got a freekick which was hit by Ted Ahlström. Rengsjö BK's Jens-Åke Nord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenny Lövkvist in the 75th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Jack Kling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vitaby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jack Kling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Åke Nord breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Vitaby BF's goalkeeper Lennart Mattsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94 minutes of play, Vitaby BF's Gösta Kielstedt made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Åke Nord was left in no man's land by his defense there! The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
