Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Erik Söderlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anderstorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Söderlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stig Bergsten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kusmark BF's Stig Bergsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Söderlund in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Harry Skark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig Bergsten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Morgan Harlén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Smefeldt stood somewhat misplaced when Kenny Eriksson came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. Kusmark BF's Morgan Harlén got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Erik Söderlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peter Smefeldt made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Morgan Harlén sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the match, Anderstorp's goalkeeper Peter Smefeldt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Morgan Harlén. Stig Bergsten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Söderlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 48 minutes, Jesper Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anderstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Gustafsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Erik Söderlund made the kick off in the second half. Stig Bergsten acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bengt-Rune Andersson. 2-1 became the score in the 56th minute when Erik Söderlund elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Olov Caspersson came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Anderstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Caspersson couldn't finish the play. If Jesper Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesper Gustafsson struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Stig Bergsten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anderstorp. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Söderlund in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig Bergsten saved Kusmark BF from getting behind. Jesper Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Stig Bergsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anderstorp's Erik Söderlund got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Smefeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenny Eriksson in the 87th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Kenny Eriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erik Söderlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Bergsten having to interfere. Anderstorp's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
