Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Engström in the 4th minute of play forced Ransäter BK's goalkeeper André Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holger Lindholm's late challenge caught a Svaneholm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Holger Lindholm helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ransäter BK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Holger Lindholm hit a great ball. Svaneholm's Torsten Brandin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Svaneholm from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Svaneholm's goalkeeper Torsten Brandin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fritz Engström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Torsten Brandin made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Per-Åke Lundblad sent off a good shot on target. André Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Engström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svaneholm's Torsten Brandin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Svaneholm from getting a goal against them. Per-Åke Lundblad kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 24thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Svaneholm's keeper Torsten Brandin was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Per-Åke Lundblad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ransäter BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Lundblad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Brandin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per-Åke Lundblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Torsten Brandin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Åke Lundblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Brandin having to interfere. Bengt-Åke Thedin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jim Öfverman charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jim Öfverman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Svaneholm got a freekick which was hit by Jim Öfverman. In the 33rd minute, Erik Pååk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Svaneholm's Torsten Brandin didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Svaneholm's Torsten Brandin got control of the ball when Per-Åke Lundblad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torsten Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Thedin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Lennart Högström struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. André Olofsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svaneholm. André Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fritz Engström was the one to do the kick off. Ransäter BK's Bengt-Åke Thedin got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Svaneholm's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Åke Thedin came free, but Torsten Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 60 minutes, Bengt-Åke Thedin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ransäter BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt-Åke Thedin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per-Åke Lundblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Brandin having to interfere. When Kjell Hellsing fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ransäter BK's protests and gave Kjell Hellsing a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Svaneholm booed when Ransäter BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Hellsing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fritz Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Lennart Högström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Svaneholm fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Lennart Högström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Åke Lundblad in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torsten Brandin saved Svaneholm from getting behind. Fritz Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Bengt-Åke Thedin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Bengt-Åke Thedin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Torsten Brandin was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Svaneholm walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
