Grimslöv BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hedared IK the free kick. When the match had been going on for 10 minutes, Hedared IK's Alfons Kuse got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jesper Telin. In the 15th minute, Erland Holmgren made a precise shot to the right of Ulf Drake. Hedared IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Hedared IK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ulrik Örtlund hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Sven-Arne Thidén sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hedared IK's Ulf Drake didn't even have to move. In the 22nd match minute, Hedared IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Rolandsson to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes Hedared IK got a freekick which was hit by Jon Svanberg. Grimslöv BF's Gustaf Engström got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Grimslöv BF's Kenneth Myhr in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hedared IK's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Gustaf Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimslöv BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaf Engström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulf Drake breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zebastian Danielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jesper Telin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Hedared IK's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Engström came free, but Ulf Drake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaf Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Kenneth Myhr managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimslöv BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenneth Myhr was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulf Drake breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Gustaf Engström made the kick off in the second half. Gustaf Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ulf Drake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfons Kuse during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Hedared IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfons Kuse to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes in the game Erland Holmgren after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Ulf Drake. A very good opportunity. Otto Norberg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otto Norberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Otto Norberg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Niklas Jespersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Telin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Zebastian Danielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Hedared IK booed when Grimslöv BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Alfons Kuse sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesper Telin skillfully saved the ball. In the 95th minute, Zebastian Danielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Grimslöv BF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
