When Leo Siöman came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Njurunda BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Siöman couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Njurunda BF booed when Käringön BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Ove Ahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Wilhelm Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Tidén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Stig-Ove Lindell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Njurunda BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Ove Lindell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Käringön BK's Manfred Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Siöman in the 27th minute of play. Käringön BK's Henrik Harman pulled a muscle in his leg after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Njurunda BF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Manfred Brander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Siöman in the 35th minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Njurunda BF's Leo Siöman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manfred Brander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilhelm Lang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Eddie Tidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Ove Lindell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Brander having to interfere. Leo Siöman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Manfred Brander skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Käringön BK booed when Njurunda BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Engström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Torbjörn Wenerdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Tidén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Manfred Brander throw himself and got hold of the ball when Stig-Ove Lindell in the 76thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Eric Martinsson made a great header on Njurunda BF's corner, it was just that Käringön BK's Manfred Brander managed to reach the ball for a save. Karl-Axel Rudkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Tidén having to interfere. Leo Siöman in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
