The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Falck during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Axel Fogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes, Kattarp IK's Bertil Wassenius shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kenny Öberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Aleksander Sandström was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 41 minutes into the match, Angered IF's goalkeeper Kenny Öberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Magnusson. The supporters of Angered IF booed when Kattarp IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Ekblom didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dan Sjö came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Angered IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Sjö couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Sjö stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Fogel in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Villiam Ennegren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kenny Öberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kattarp IK. 96 minutes into the match, Sture Axelsson notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Angered IF's Kenny Öberg. Kenny Öberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Kattarp IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Angered IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Angered IF.
