The tension between the Rengsjö and the Visseltofta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Rengsjö getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Marc Stenström hit a great ball. Tage Qvalfeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Falck in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tage Qvalfeldt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Dalberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig Nyberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eric Dalberg ran back to his position shaking his head. If Karl-Johan Vollander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Albin Falck made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Rengsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Ove Överman to maneuver through the defense. Albin Falck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tage Qvalfeldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Tage Qvalfeldt as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Rengsjö's zone, Karl-Johan Vollander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tage Qvalfeldt came out of the goal and Karl-Johan Vollander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Johan Vollanders short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Tage Qvalfeldt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eric Dalberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
