If Björn Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Finja IF's Ernst Odman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Finja IF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Finja IF booed when Skokloster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Dalström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lennart Lundgren charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lennart Lundgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Finja IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Lundgren to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 13 minutes, Lucas Tönnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Finja IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Tönnberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Skokloster's Tom Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Billvall in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Myhr in the 17th minute of play forced Finja IF's goalkeeper Ernst Odman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Myhr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ernst Odman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Skokloster's Conny Fagrell got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Björn Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 42nd minute Timmy Billvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Billvall in the 43rd minute of play forced Skokloster's goalkeeper Tom Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Dahlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The wind increased when Timmy Billvall made the kick off in the second half. Skokloster's Tom Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Billvall in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Billvall in the 58th minute of play forced Skokloster's goalkeeper Tom Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tom Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Billvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skokloster's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Timmy Billvall 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Staffan Hansson hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Lennart Lundgren hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, George Myhr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernst Odman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Beckström in the 73rd minute of play. Finja IF's Staffan Hansson got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Skokloster's George Myhr in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Finja IF's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Skokloster booed when Finja IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Finja IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
