But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Kielstedt couldn't finish the play. Leif Ahlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils-Erik Månsson's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Harlösa. Per-Olof Björklund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leif Ahlberg. 0-1. Nils-Erik Månsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
