Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sven-Åke Grönlund made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Sten Britz sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Frisk in the 13th minute of play forced Kyrkhult's goalkeeper Bertil Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sten Britz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elliott Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Bergqvist having to interfere. Bertil Bergqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Rönn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Elliott Johnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bertil Bergqvist was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Carl Forssberg hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kyrkhult's zone, Magne Frisk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertil Bergqvist came out of the goal and Magne Frisk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Vilgot Carlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Elliott Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nämdö RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elliott Johnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Edvard Ståhlberg made the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kellberg lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 52nd minute, one of Kyrkhult:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kyrkhult. Elliott Johnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bertil Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Nämdö RK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bengt-Arne Petersson hit a great ball. Sten Britz struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Sven-Åke Grönlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kyrkhult. Bengt-Arne Petersson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Elliott Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nämdö RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elliott Johnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, one of Kyrkhult:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 80 played minutes Kyrkhult got a freekick which was hit by Michel Mikaelsson. The supporters of Nämdö RK booed when Kyrkhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Bruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kyrkhult's zone, Magne Frisk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertil Bergqvist came out of the goal and Magne Frisk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kyrkhult's Michel Mikaelsson got a free kick in the 88th minute. Elliott Johnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven-Åke Grönlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Britz in the 91st minute of the match. Bertil Bergqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elliott Johnsson in the 94th minute. Magne Frisk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Bergqvist having to interfere. Bertil Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magne Frisk in the 99th minute of play.
