Magne Danielsson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Bernt Hallgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fröseke IF. A collision led to Vikarbyn IF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Lars-Erik Mager hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Deckberg to make the kick off. Matthias Juhlin hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When Otto Löfkvist came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Fröseke IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Löfkvist couldn't finish the play. When Rutger Bergström fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vikarbyn IF's protests and gave Rutger Bergström a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fröseke IF booed when Vikarbyn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rutger Bergström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Deckberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Vikarbyn IF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Claes Lindholm hit a great ball. Fröseke IF's Matthias Juhlin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 68th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vikarbyn IF. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magne Danielsson in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Hallgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Vikarbyn IF's Claes Lindholm got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Vikarbyn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Tomasson came free, but Bernt Hallgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Vikarbyn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. William Granström's late challenge caught a Vikarbyn IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vikarbyn IF's Bernt Hallgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Vikarbyn IF from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute, Samuel Deckberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vikarbyn IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Fröseke IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
