Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Blængur Margrímsson got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Sjödyn FK's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Åström came free, but Knut Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magnus Lidberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Brask having to interfere. Ronny Brask made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blængur Margrímsson in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Sjödyn FK's Blængur Margrímsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ronny Brask. Ronny Brask yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some careless play in the Södertälje defense, Blængur Margrímsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronny Brask. The Södertälje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronny Brask should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Lidberg got free with Ronny Brask in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uno Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Uno Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Blængur Margrímsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ronny Brask, 3-0. 33 minutes into the game, Södertälje's Uno Åström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Knut Oblak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Knut Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uno Åström in the 37th minute of the match. Magnus Lidberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Ronny Brask made a huge save. In the 44th match minute, Södertälje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Örnberg to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes Sjödyn FK got a freekick which was hit by Tim Bergsten. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Collin in the 47th minute of play forced Sjödyn FK's goalkeeper Knut Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Tim Bergsten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uno Åström was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Sjödyn FK booed when Södertälje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Salkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Örnberg hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 71st match minute, Sjödyn FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Senderos to maneuver through the defense. Blængur Margrímsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 80 minutes of play, Sjödyn FK's Blængur Margrímsson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronny Brask was left in no man's land by his defense there! Knut Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uno Åström in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Magnus Rosin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sjödyn FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Södertälje the free kick. In the 86th minute, Magnus Rosin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronny Brask showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blængur Margrímsson in the 89th minute of the match. Ronny Brask made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blængur Margrímsson in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Södertälje defense, Blængur Margrímsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronny Brask. The Södertälje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronny Brask should have stopped the shot. Uno Åström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Knut Oblak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 99 minutes, Tomas Örnberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Södertälje and the Sjödyn FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. There was no doubt that Sjödyn FK were the better team. Sjödyn FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
