The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Allan Björk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oskar Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rickard Bergsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Oskar Salkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abisko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Salkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörgen Hammarström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jörgen Hammarström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Bergsten having to interfere. If Jörgen Hammarström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svante Botvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Bergsten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Salkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnus Billberg hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Fristad IK's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Salkvist came free, but Rickard Bergsten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Robert Löfdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fristad IK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
